Rules
1.) You must be a fan of Noriko!2.) A valid email is a requirement.
3.) You do not have to have a website to join, but if you do it must not be of improper content (racist/adult). I reserve the right to decline to show any website urls with said content.
4.) If you have a site, a code with a link back to this fanlisting must be up at all times! (Be proud to be a fan!) This code must also be in a place easy to find.
5.) Please put the code up before you join!
